`71 C/10 Tire & Wheel

Can anyone tell me the widest tire & wheel config (15")that will fit on the rear of my truck with stock springs,not lowered,and with the stock rear width?

I have a '72 GMC fleetside with 275/60 15's and they have about 3/4" clearance between tire and inside of rear wheel tubs, and are just flush with the outside of the fender wells.
