71 camaro frontclip on a 55 chevy truck?

Im new to this forum thing and I'm having troubles with finding out if a 71 camaro front clip would go on easily to my 55 Chevy 1st series truck. Also how much would it drop the front end?

How much it drops the front is up to you and how you weld it in, how you position the clip.......I did one on my 51 Ford and it dropped it quite a bit.

The thing about this is, you are still going to have a 40 year old front suspension design......Does this 71 clip have disk brakes?......

I did a nova front clip on this 58 Chevy truck.... The camaro is a little wide for that truck to me,, The nova worked out very well on this truck..As far as the ride height goes,, That is up to you when you weld it on... The more you zee the frame, The lower it will sit.. This truck has no motor in it and these pictures..

"Easy" that is a VERY subjective term. What would be very easy to someone and do it an afternoon would be unthinkable to someone else.

As frame clips go, this is one that works out pretty well being the frame widths are so close.

Anytime..
The nova clip is narrower then the Camaro... Like about 1.5 ''... As far as the mustang II,,, I'm not sure right off the top of my head....

Also... remember the nova has a rear steering box..
The Camaro has a front steering box..

The Nova worked out great in this truck..This was a 1958..
The Camaro will work,, You just have to watch when your low to the ground,,, With the wrong tires, you might have trouble turning..
