71 caprice wiring help badly needed

i bought a 71 caprice from a guy that has completely pulled out the dash and didnt know how to put it back together. is what i need is wiring diagram or something like it because all of the dash has been pulled out and now there are wires every where i really need the help and i would also appreaciate it

Doc here,

Well, the first place to start , is acquire a Copy of Chilton or Haynes At your local auto zombie..for about $21.00..Either will give you wire function and Color, Termination and origination..

For a Better Manual, You Can try the local County **MAIN** Library REFERENCE room for FACTORY manuals..(The leather bound additions used at dealerships) Not Chilton types..

If they don't have them, Ask if they can outsource them for you..from another system. Mine has them. The Drawback..Most will not let Reference material leave the library SO bring lots of Copier change!

Check for diagrams before you by the book. My old Haynes Chevy Truck manual had several pages of diagrams, but the newer versions don't have them.
