Can you supply any additional info? What part of the dash, is it metal, plastic, is it the pad, etc.
|
it's plastic right next to the steering colume 71 chevelle

I would go with a little JB Weld in the hole, add some plastic or masking tape for backing the hole if it is larger than a pencil eraser, and because the dash is textured, I would dab it with a shop towel (rag) just as it was tacking up. Smooth it down with 100 - 220 grit when dry, using just a corner of the paper and then paint with SEM black trim paint after giving the area a wash with vinyl prep.

Try over at Team Chevelle. Check the want-ads over there. They have a world of Chevelleness. :D

The above response is a good suggestion, a replacement would give the best results.
To repair the plastic so it can't be seen would be difficult. |
