71 jeep?turn into model a?

I just got 2 71' jeeps for free, both missing rear ends, and engines.I have a friend that has a model A body I was thinking of stripping everything to a bare frame and putting a mustang 2 and a ford 9" with a model a body?Is this possible? I know theres alot of work involved but this project in going to do slow,if at all.I already have an engine and trans:
350ci 9.3:1 flat top pistons
Vortec heads
1.60 full roller rockers
274H XE cam
Cyclone intake(similiar to a performer)
650cfm speed demon carb
TH700-R4 with 2200 stall

Sure, it's possible, but if you are stripping it to the bare frame, why not use a frame better suited to that model "A" body to start with?

it will be more of a challenge to do it this way,but I already have these frames and there about the right length, but I'd like to see if it could be done eventually.
The jeeps are trashed they are in horrible shape,So would this be legal to do all this?I was just curious because I usually just restore the cars to how they were I have'nt dived into too many roadsters or model a's in my time.
