Post 72 camaro subframe in my 72 nova

Im wondering if my 72 camaro disk brake front steer subframe will fit under my 72 drum brake nove i want the swap for overall handling and to be different i bolted a nova rad. support to the camaro subframe but will it bolt to my body

what exactly did you have to do to fit the 72 camaro subframe in your nova cuz I'm wanting to do the same thing i found a subframe with the disc brakes and everything on it but i dont know if it'll fit before i buy it

i'd like to see pics of that swap (being a frt steer sub in a rear steer body...)


doubt after all that work that you'll be able to tell any difference in handling

This thread is 8 1/2 years old and the original poster has one post, so I doubt you are going to see anything...

That said, I guess it could be done, with the later model steering box and all related....Dont know if the frame mounting locations on the body are the same. That would be the determining factor

good god you're right!
poor ol' nova is surely scrapped by now...


btw, the later sub is wider,too.(for anybody else that thinks this'd be a good idea...)
