72 Nova Rear
I have a 72 nova 6cylnder car (327 now). It has a original 10 bolt rearend and i was wondering what the original gear ratio is? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

You can look on www.novaresource.com. They have on the left side of the site a "nova info" part. When you move your mouse over it "axle codes" will appear on the top of the list. Click on it and the page that comes up will have a listing for what your car originally came with. Hope this helps.

The site says you should have a 8.5" 10 bolt with a 3.08 gear ratio.
