72fordlb lowering

i have a 72 ford long bed and i want to lower it. i want to drop it about 2-4 inchs. on the back im going to put the leaf spring under the rear axle and use some drop shocks but on the front what should i do i do. i dont want to cut the springs and i have the swing arms that mount on the oppisite side of the frame they make a x. is there any kits. me and my dad were talking and he doesnt want me to use drop spindles on the truck i dont know why he just said i need drop swing arms. plz help.

The truck magazines have advertisers that sell dropped front axles for Twin I beam fords. The only correct way to go.

thnx ill look in to that ill get some probaly. but why cant i use drop spindles i just was wondering?

I don't believe there is anyone who makes a drop spindle for the twin I beam. You could mess with the springs, but that drastically affects camber and it will not drive right and eat tires more than they do already.
