73 Camaro Rear Leaf Spring Replacment Problems

I AM TRYINTG TO REPLACE THE REAR LEAFS ON MY 1973 CAMARO. UPON REMOVAL OF THE OLD BROKEN SPRINGS THE FRONT MOUNTING BRACKET DOES NOT WANT TO COME OUT. 2 OF THE 3 BOLTS ON EACH SIDE JUST SPIN IN PLACE. ANY IDEAS ON METHOD OF REMOVAL? TRIED PRY BAR AND SPINNING IT AT SAME TIME...DIDNT WORK.

The clips have rusted out so now the bolt just spins when you put a wrench on it... been there done that. The easiest way to get them out is to go through the floor from the top. Use a 1 1/2" dia. hole saw to open up the floor so you can get a wrench on them. This will give you access to the area so you can look for rust and then get nuts on the new bolts you put in for the spring perch.
