73 Cutlass Supreme, What are these called?

I cant find the name for these, they were on the lower fenders of a 73 cutlass supreme.

I'm not sure what to call them either.
"Fake finned engine bay heat exchanger doo-hickeys"?

The early '70's were strange and confusing times indeed, where faux performance items, gobs of chrome, and stripe kits were supposed to be substitutes for real horsepower.

Louvers or in this case, maybe fake louvers.

and yeah 66, these had to of added at least 10 horses alone.
