73 Impala Ignition Switch Cylinder Jammed

Hey all!

1973 Impala interior all stock, not tilt column.

Lock cylinder totally jammed, had to drop column and pull switch to start car when i needed to move it. I have the housing with the lock cylinder sitting on my desk, so it is accessible as it can get. I can't get it to line up properly in the 'on' position to get it out, the tumbler is just too fried. The assembly doesn't seem to turn together. I suppose I could dill it out, but want to be less destructive if possible.

Am I donw to drilling or a locksmith, or is ther another trick? Then I just have to get the right cylinder....

Locksmith or drill it...... you can buy replacements on Ebay pretty cheap.
