73 Nova Hatchback support struts?

I've been in search for some replacement shock/struts that hold the hatchback door open on my 73 SS. Does anyone out there have any ideas to replacements or mods that would work? Any help would be appreciated.. :confused:

Monroe, amongst others I'm sure, offers replacement struts in different sizes. I'm sure they will have one that will work on your car. CLICK HERE

I would check out the various Nova sites. "Steve's Novas" comes to mind
