73 satellite/sebring

going up the 7th of next month to pick up the 400 big block and 727 tranny for my car , cant wait - will be even better when it becomes a 451 stroker . figure its to cold for body work and paint so i might as well get started on the heart. decided not to clone it into a roadrunner but keep it as a satellite. just make some modifications.

Use a Ford 429 piston, BBC rod and offset grind the 440 crank for the BBC rod. Bore the rod for the Ford wrist pin. Makes 470 cubic inches from a 400 block.
