78 camero subframe install on 58 apache
I am getting ready to install a 78 camero suframe on my truck
does any one have info on what angle the subframe should sit at if i place an angle guage in the crossmember, or another part of the frame. I have already removed the cab mount brackets. |

Flat part of the X-member (underneath?) is usually dead flat front to back when in driving position.

The best way to do this (in my opinion ) is to check how that year camaro was measured.
The place where to measure is the upper A arm bracket, out of my head it needs a 6 degree angle, with your old chassis leveled out to 0 ![]() This was the latest one i did, already four years ago. Wander |
