78 chevy silverodo rocker arm bolts

what can i do when the pressed bolt comes out? what options do i have?

If the STUD comes out. The most practical thing to do is buy a threaded repair stud. Thread (tap) the existing hole, place sealer in the threads and screw repair stud into the hole.

Thanks for the info. I thought thats what i was going to have to do. whould you replace all of them or just the ones that are loose

If you have some that are loose, the rest won't be far behind. I'd do them all.

Excessive valve spring pressure is what pulls them out, anything above valve open pressure of about 270 lbs will do it. The inexpensive way to prevent pullout is to use a pinning kit....
