The back of the elky sits high enough a wheel would go right out the wheel well with out hitting. Right now putting together a 425hr 400lbs trq motor run full slicks I still drive the car to the track though kind of fun that way just change the tires once I get there. Who knows what the future has instore for the car soo would like to step up to a 8.5 my dad runs 600ftlb of trq on a 8.5 and has had no problems in 4 years so not worried there
