79 Caddie Steering Problem

I have a 79 Caddie Coupe de Ville with 170,000 miles. The front suspension has been rebuilt with new ball joints, control arm bushings, and idler arm. Yet, the steering feels 'sloppy'. There seems to be a lot of play to it. Is there any way to tighten it up?

TIA
