Without cutting the fenders you will probably need 4 inches of lift with that much lift u will also need either an adjustable track bar or a drop track bar bracket a drop pitman arm. Either drop radius arm brackets or offset c-bushing and longer shocks or extensions for them. The rear I'd just use blocks and longer u bolts. I've made 2 lifts for 73-79 f150s. One for less than 30 bucks the other one is a lot better. if u want more info on how to do it let me know I'd be glad to help out

And I hate really big body lifts they just seem cheap to me
