79 nova bucket seat?

Hello all.

Quick question. What kind of seat would you guys recommend for a street application? I only want (for now) a drivers side bucket seat, but not sure what is compatible with my year model. I'm also kind of leaning towards an aftermarket seat other than original, but not certain yet. What would you recommend? Thanks

I just installed a set of thunderbird power bucket seats in a 77 nova, they were cheap, I only had minor alteration of the brackets, and they are comfortable as can be, we could even get them recovered in the same yellow plaid material as the original(yuk!) lol!!

the thunderbird power seats are readily available in reclamation yards, but the real find would be the thunderbird turbo-coupe seats, they are much more adjustable and usually leather covered! watch the jokes on this site though, you'll be censored!
