Question 79 t/a heater

I've got a 79 trans am and the a/c, heat and defrost air output is so bad it's not worth even turning on. I have replace the blower motor and still get no decent output of air at any vent. Does anybody know why, are the vacuum lines hooked up wrong, is there a switch or something in the heater control that is dead. Does anybody know or have this problem. I am sure the car was not designed this way. Any Help !!!

check your blend door actuater and see if you have vacume to it. and check the control switch , make sure it is not leaking and working properly. trace the lines for leaks or pinching. if you have a vacume pump test the actuaters to see if they are working correctly (holding vacume)

If you have very little to no air flow out any of the ducts (I'm assuming that the air does go to defrost\vents\floor vents when comanded to do so) I'd suspect you have a restricted evaporator.

Do you live in an area with woods? Pehaps a mouse has nested in the HVAC system and it's blocking air flow.
