'79 Z28 - Super T10 Chatter and problem ...Video inside

Guys not sure if you remember this but we have been following my friend's problem for a year or so now , this is a 1979 Z28 with a BW Super T10.-

To this day is the only problem this car has , and this is what happening :

On take off , any gear there is a chatter and a loud sound, the car shakes but once that is rolling it goes away.-

Here's a video from last year :

We already replaced (trying to alienate the problem) :
- New Harmonic Balancer
- New Flywheel
- New Pressure plate and Disc
- New T-Bearing

Once the car is rolling , there is no problem at all
Today we found out that the noise comes from the transmission tail and there is a huge play there when i move the wheel.-

New video

U Joints seems fine , if i move from the transmission joke , the play is there
in the tran so i assume something is wrong with the transmission.-

What could be causing this ?
Something left out ?

Thanks !!!

My first thought was the front yoke on the drive shaft not being deep enough into the tranny. I've always set them up by pushing it in and pulling it out 3/4 inch. Looks like yours is out 3 times that.

Before I scrolled all the way down; I was going to say theres either a problem with the splines on the output, or the yoke; OR the yoke isn't fully engaging.
