81 cutlass motor swap for a 350 chevy motor
Hey I have a 81 cutlass supreme and I'm trying to put a 350 chevy motor in it. The problem I've run into is the motor mounts. I don't want to drill or weld. Is there another alternative? Is there a mount that matches the wholes on the frame of my cutlass that will also match the chevy 350?

Most of these frames have the correct holes already there. My shop is doing a mid eighties (G-body) Olds right now.
If you use mid eighties Monte Carlo frame mounts and engine mount shells. The engine will fit correctly and holes line up.

I've did about five small block swaps into G bodies and every one had the holes already there for the motor mounts. As a matter of fact, if the car your swapping to came with a V8 then you can reuse the crossmember as well as the fuel lines will be on the correct side of the car, it's a very simple straight forward slam dunk swap. Also if the car came with a V6 it's very wise to swap in V8 front coil springs, if not, the front end will sag.
