static drop kit the cheapist is airbagit.com but you can use google shopping to find a good drop kit like a 4/6 would look sweet

Cut front coils, mount rear end on top of the leaf springs.

1/2 ton front coils are 'finished' on the top. They have a smaller diameter at the top.

You can get a nice drop without changing the geometry 'too' much by cutting one full coil off the bottom where they rest in the lower control arm. Get too greedy and go two coils, things will not be good without doing other mods.
