T5 would be the easiest thing to do since some Camaro's came from the factory with them. find a donor car thats a similar year and switch everything over. pay real close attention to the way it all comes out so you can put it back in right. no instructions needed.
as is often stated the T5's weak point is that its a weak point. about 300 foot pounds of torque is all it will want to stand up to. so you might want to consider that.
