85 caprice 305 pcv valve buzzing
I just rebuilt the q-jet,sealed the wells and cleared out alot of build up in the base.It seems to run better and alot less blue smoke on start up,but I still get quite a bit. I noticed the pvc was buzzing about a month ago before the carb rebuild so I replaced it with a cheap one from autozone. It seemed to fix it for a while. Then after I rebuilt the carb and got it running I noticed it buzzing again. I put my finger on the hole while it was running to see if it was drawing into the case but there was very little to nothing there,but while the pcv valve was out it was laying on the valve cover buzzing away.If I put my finger on the end of the pcv valve it sucks on it.I don't know if the valve is bad or if it may be somthing else

The PCV valve is supposed to buzz.
