Hey guys, bought this truck a yr ago as it has a good solid body on it. When it comes down to the inside, it deff needs TLC and repairs. For the engine bay I'm not sure if it's a 305 or a 350 in it now. Was told the only easiest way to check is to look for the block # on the rear deck of it. In my eyes to this idea is to be said as GOOD LUCK (distrib right in the way, etc). It would be great for any kind of info you may have about this truck and helping me get it back on the road. Thanks much, Todd
the emissions sticker in the engine bay (most likely on the coresupport or air cleaner )
will list engine size... either 5.0(305) or 5.7(350)
thats not a 100% as the engine could've been replaced at some point..
on the pass side engine deck(where the head and block meet) at the front.. they'll be #'s try to get those.. if the last few # match the vin last few.. it should be the original..
Hey guys, this is not the section for tech questions, or answers. It is for introductions. Tell us about yourself and your cars, and welcome!
