caprice frames are the exact same '77-'96

just new body on old frame in 91

most ppl dont know this

they are identical underneath, all these years.

True... considering that, it amazes me that the rear wheels aren't centered in the wheel openings in the 91-96 B Bodies. It wasn't as evident with the 91-92 models, but I guess when they opened up the wheel openings in '93 it was too late to do anything about it.
