These cabs can go pretty limp when the rockers and cab corners are cut off, especially if the body mounts are soft and floor is rotted. I've been there a few times. What you need to do is use the door for fitting the other parts. The door needs to be aligned properly with the windshield pillar and roof and also the upper portion of you cab corner, then cut the old rocker off and the very bottom of your cab corner. Fit the rocker to the floor and door and screw in place, then trim your cab corner off and fit this in place holding it with screws. Verify that all the panels fit well before welding. Make adjustments as needed, sometimes the rear or front of the cab may need to be lifted to square up the opening. If your door isn't right then fitting with it is going to be a challenge. I can probably hunt up some door opening dimensions but this would also be hit or miss as the tolerances on these old designs were +or- 1/8" or more and this amount could make or break your door alignment. Rebuild your door hinges while you've got it all apart as this is the time to do it not after it's painted. Bob
