9 inch Housing Question???

Hey guys got a question I thought I'd post because no one else seems to have the answer at the big chassis shops.

I have a 9" housing that I want to run disc brakes on. My brakes are off a 2000 z-28. Is there a special housing end that is made for this application? I know that I'm not the first with this set up.

Thanks

Why a different housing end? Just weld on what ever bracket's you need to make it fit. Cut the one off the 2000 camaro for that matter.

Don't change the housing ends, if you still have the caliper mounting brackets from the Z see if you can modify them to fit the Ford housing. Worse case is you may have to fabricate some using the Z brackets as a pattern.

Ok 10-4,

I can do that, I wasn't sure if I needed the housing ends to be different or not. But I guess I will use the big ends and modify as needed.

Thanks for the help
