New, not rebuilt-reconditioned probably approx $1500 w/posi 3rd member. Can get much more expensive depending on many things like mounting preference, brakes, # of axle splines, alum. or nodular iron 3rd member, etc.
One of many places to get an idea.

I'd look to Eaton for a limited slip and compare it to Ford TractionLock limited slip. You might also check with Currie for their gear drive limited slip.

Those will run about $ 450, the gears will run about $200, the bearing kits $100, use a solid spacer kit $ 25, pinion yoke $ 90, labor to install into YOUR center chunk $ 150+.

If you need a new chunk housing $$$$.
If you need a new axle housing........$ 600
If you need new axles......$ 300 up with bearings.

Brakes, etc. ????????

Are you talking about the complete rear including the housing and brakes or just the third member?
