FOUND IT!!!!!!
Ok first of all thanks for all the help guys
I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!
I don't usually like to call and bother people
I called a friend that is really good on vettes, before I was done explaining he said
"I know whats wrong you have a shorted injector"
So heres what he said do
With key turned off unplug one injector at a time, turn the key back on and try to start if it doesent start turn the key back off and prceed in like manner injector by injector
When I unplugged #3 it fired right up
So I went down to his place and bought a set of 24 psi injectors and are in the process of installing them I work every day so it will be couple of days before I get done
Mystery solved!!

Glad you got it.

There are some scan tools that allow each individual injector to be cycled in order to find a bad injector. The SnapOn bricks do this, but I'm not 100% sure on OPBD1 vehicles.
