92 chevy 350 components
Need some advice as to what parts to use, I have a 92 350 truck engine that I'm transplanting. I've heard different stories as to water pumps, alternators and mounts. I was wanting to make the assembly as short as possible for clearance, wanting to use short length components water pump and brackets for mounting . Early Chevy, I've been told that I need to use parts from that generation engine(92) because of water flow direction anyone have any ideas, I do have most of the serpentine parts but was wanting to simplify things. Thanks, Eric

Thanks for the info i was trying to get a straight answer as to what would fit,I had heard about the corvette engines (newer) having the reverse flow block but I was hearing both ways as to the 92 truck block, I thought that the reverse flow pump was only because of the serpentine setup but wasn't sure if I could use either the short or long standard pump with the v-belt setup. Thanks, Eric
