'93 Chevy heads

OK, so I have water on my dipstick, and water coming outta my tailpipe (yeah I know, sounds like a personal problem).
It's a '93 chevy pickup, 350. Time for new head gaskets and stuff.
In case it turns out a head is cracked, are there better factory heads available that flow a little better, that will work with my stock TBI manifold, and stock cam? Will vortecs work?
And what are the torque specs for late model heads and manifolds? Thanks guys (and gals), and merry Christmas.

I would look for set of heads that dont have the little air vane in the intake runner.

Also you might want to price a set of these heads.

All the GM heads are thin and crack prone, the Vortecs are no exception, Vortec heads also need a special intake manifold and gaskets. At this time the Pro Topline replacement heads are the best bang for the buck.

Thanks guys. But as it turns out, the water coming out of my tailpipe was just condensation, and the water on my dipstick is there because I discovered the vacuum port for the PCV valve was completely clogged. So now I don't have to take my engine apart. I cleared the port with some carb cleaner and blasted it out with my airhose. Drove it around for a while and the water in the oil dried right up.
