only have 2nd and 3rd and reverse
this is a new trans 0 miles, have replaced pcm/ecm, tps sensor, temp sensor, pulled wiring harness checked for bad wires all have good continuity,at wits end here any help would be great......

A blown or missing fuse acts the same as what your describing. The red wire should be hot (12volts) whenever the ignition is on.

have 12 volts red wire on harness as well as 12 volts inside on internal harness when key is on fuse is good checked voltage at both sides ov fuse 12 volts

You can pull the codes on a 94 with a paperclip, I'm posting from my phone so I really can't do any research but I'm thinking 1-2 solenoid. But check the codes before you buy any parts!!!

no codes present checked with snapon scanner has erratic speed from sensor replaced that still no 1st or 4th only 2nd and 3rd again this is brand new dyno tested trans from tci
