94 F250 dual fuel tanks only runs on 1 tank?

Anyone have a link to a wiring diagram of this circuit? Or a troubleshooting proceedure or suggestions?
The truck is a 300 6 cyl. If I switch tanks the engine dies almost immediately.
Thanks,
Mike

first turn the key to the on posistion, you should hear the pump in the the tank thats working. turn key off, switch to the other tank, try a couple of times, listen to the pump.

in the meantime i'll try to find the wiring diagrams for you. could be eletrical rather then a faulty pump. I know mine it seemed like every other day i was rewiring something due to green death..
