whats the deal with a 95 Lt1 motor I heard it might be he way to go on having streetmuscle locked.. is this true and what are the specks on a stock on of these engines ???

They are good motors, they are weaker than a LS1. A lt1 has 285 hp, and the trq is something like 320 or something...I THINK, it hp is right, but i think the trq is close.
