Unhook the battery for a few hours. The computer should reset itself. The fuel line sounds like the main problem. Fresh plugs could not hurt. The fuel filter is inside the frame rails near the drivers seat area. If you remove the filter you should be able to blow air through it easy, you will be able to tell if it's clogged.
