95 Z28 fogg lights

Trying to change the bulb in a 95 Z28 fog lamp and it looks like I need to remove the whole front-end. Anyone have a suggestion.

Remove the front bumper fascia lower deflector.
Then unbolt the fog lamp assembly from the bumper impact bar.
Then remove the lamp.
Insert a new lamp and test before reassembly.
