My honest suggestion (Take or leave it) is to either trade the F-body for a car that will be a lot easier to swap your 350 into, or trade the 350 for an LT1 or 5.3L. You'll be harder pressed to do the latter, but crazier things have been traded in a situation where someone needs something. Craigslist will be your best friend in either instances. If you still decide to push forward on your current plans, I'd go search the forums over on LS1tech.com I'm sure a couple guys have done this swap before there and might have some tricks that will get you around your distributor issues.
