Skip the lift kit, it will not fix the problem of one side lower than the other.
It could be the front spring making the rear end one side lower.
I've seen people switch the springs right to left. And NO, it probably won't hang the other way because the left side of the vehicle is probably heavier.

Thinking back, years ago I saw a brand new Ford LTD that hung to the driver's side about 5/8 inch at the wheel wells. We installed new rear coils, no help, then new front coils, no help. We ended up installing a coil spreader in the left front spring and it cured it. Everybody was happy, even though it was a "non standard" cure. Last time I saw the car it had 70,000 miles on it and still had the spreader.
