98 dodge neon fuel problem

I have a 98 Dodge Neon That has a serious additude problem. It has a fuel problem of some sort but its not the feul pump it has a new one. And has a new feul senser relay but fuel still don't get throught the line. The fuel filter is built into the fuel pump and cannot be repaced unless you replace the pump someone help me please.

Glad to have you here at Hotrodders. Never rule out the possibility that a new fuel pump may be bad, I put on three one day before I got one that would work.
