98camaro RS Torque arm bushing, I hear its a pain to replace.

My bushing is complely gone ive been avoiding replacing it...stuffing stuff on the bottem and top of it to avoid the damp annoying clunking sound. Its time to replace but I hear the trans. crossmember needs to come off to drop the tail end of the tranny. my problem is that since I wrecked my car my trans is cocked to the left I had to use a come along to pull it strait and mount it... needless to say it was a pain being the car had to be on jacks to do it..almost dropped it off the jacks...sound like a job for the shop or is there an easier way?
