99 Tahoe trans swap
I have a 99 tahoe with a 4l60e, broke the sun shell... I have an 02 yukon with a 5.3 in it that was rolled... can I swap the trans and transfer case to the 99, I dont know much about the 4l60, th350, 400 and 700r i do, but was told it has a removable bell.. any help would be appreciated..

The 2002 4L60e has a deeper bell housing, different input shaft design. Converter is different for the 5.3 LS engine crankshaft and new design input shaft. it is not a direct bolt in swap if you have an early design engine

dont sound good
yes it has a 5.7.... so guess it cant be swapped...
