about T and L engines

i have a 68 mustang waiting for a 347 stroker that i ordered from T and L engines from north Carolina over a year and one month ago,if anyone has talked to them don't believe their b.s lies they tell me the same lies every time i talk to them ,,and if u do deal with them don't pay up front

I think it is time for a letter from your attorney. If they haven't put it together in 13 months it is not going to be put together. If the letter doesn't do it then maybe small claims could get you a judgement and maybe you could get a refund or some other enforceable judgement The attorney would know more about that.

You do have receipts, right? Maybe a signed agreement stating what you wanted done and when it should be finished.

I guess it also depends on how much you have into it. May not be worth the trouble.

(EDIT): I just did a little more web surfing. Seems like you are not the only one with problems getting their engines. After finally getting them most seem happy. Patience may be a virtue, but i don't think I could be that virtuous.
