If you're bent on spending more for a tuneup you can get the AC platinums. Expense is about all you'll be getting though.

Platinum Plugs

Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure there won't be a problem there) but I think the platinum plugs were developed for the new cars (with the sideways engines) that put the rear plugs against the firewall. Supposedly, the platinum lasts longer thus requiring less frequent plug changes.
