Accessory Codes On Cowl Plate

I have a 65 Chevelle SS 396 and Im trying to figure out the accessory codes could anyone help me with this resolve?

Accessory Code Line W 2LPR 3C 5W

Now the Date code, trim and Paint code and the K for Kansas City I have no Problem with....this is important , I found a Factory Chevrolet Cruise In this car with maunal rolling Knob, and Am wondering if indeed it was a factory accessory....I appreciate the feed back
