Acid Rain type spot(s) removal

I've got a black Chev p/u SS 454 with neglected paint. Not too much oxidation but a lot of "water spots" deep into the paint. I used polishing compound with limited success as it takes forever to apply/remove and then removes only some of the spots. Most of the work/damage is on the flat panels of the truck; hood/top of cab. I'm using a commercial grade polisher with variable speed control. I use the slower setting and a clay bar.

Is there a product that will provide fantastic results with minimal effort on my part that won't cause me to spill my beer? Thanks. Rich
