Adding coats of clear coat.........

I painted the interior of my Cutlass to match the exterior about a month ago. Came out just how i wanted it, sprayed 1 coat of clear. My question is, what prep work do I have to do now if any to spray an additional 1-2 coats of clear? Can I just wipe with a tack cloth and spray?

Rather than guessing, get the manufacturer's spec sheets for the specific brand and type of clear that you used. Requirements are different for each manufacturer. The spec sheets for most major paint manufacturers are available on-line as PDF downloads. Read them and follow the instructions.
