This site shows where you can connect your pressure gauge to (Line Pressure) port on right side of the trans. > http://th350.netfirms.com/browser.htm
Most weld/braze a pipe fitting bung to the pan for Temp sensor. Some install them inline one the trans cooler (out) line but, this method will give a higher temp reading as the fluid comes from the torque converter. |

For the temp sensor in the pan, I just drilled a hole through the side of the pan just big enough to clear the threads on the sensor, put a nylon washer on the sensor, inserted in the hole, then screwed an NPT reducer (with another nylon washer) onto the sensor like a nut, from inside. Of course, the pan has to be off to do this.

a question,
hi,how far from the bottom of the trans pan, should the sensor hole be??

Try not to block a pan bolt with the sensor... it makes getting a tool onto the bolt head difficult.
