adjusting valve train?

i have a 68 350 olds with a non adjustable valve train well i sent my engine away its getting built to 500hp and now i have to change it to a adjusting now when i change it to adjusting thats just saying i put in bigger studs push rods and rockers that dont get held down by one bracket right? theres nothing else i should change

You will need some way to guide the pushrod and rocker.

I once had a customer that tried just using new studs and adjustable rockers and then couldn't figure out why all the valve train noise. As the rockers wouldn't stay centered on the valve tips..

so valve guides will help with that right? the kit im looking at is from summit racing it comes with 3/8 studs and pushrods roller tip rockers and guide plates if i need them
